How do I get a referral code?

Ask a friend already using Tickers — find theirs in Profile → Referrals.

Forgot password?

Click Forgot Password on the login screen and check your email for a reset link.

Can I change my username?

Not yet. Choose carefully during signup.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (this is permanent).


Wallet & Security

Lost my recovery phrase — what now?

Unfortunately, it cannot be recovered. Always keep multiple offline backups.

Can Tickers access my funds?

No. Wallets are fully non-custodial — you hold the keys.

Can I import multiple wallets?

Yes, go to Wallet → + and create or import additional wallets.

Main vs Active Wallet?

Your main wallet appears publicly; active wallet is used for trades.


Trading

What are the fees?

1% per swap (0.5% for $TICKER holders). Solana gas fees are negligible.

Why did my trade fail?

Possible causes: low balance, low slippage, or low liquidity.

Can I cancel a transaction?

No — Solana transactions are near-instant.

What’s slippage?

It’s the difference between expected and executed trade price.

How does the AI Assistant work?

It analyzes price, sentiment, and wallet data to generate insights. (Research tool only — not financial advice.)

Can I pin a post?

Yes — open the post menu (•••) and choose Pin to Profile.

Why can’t I see someone’s P&L?

They may have hidden it in privacy settings.

What’s Tickers Pro cost?

$15/month or $12/month if paid with $TICKER. Annual plan saves ~15%.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you’ll retain access until your billing cycle ends.

Do you offer free trials?
